Brittany Paden, Founder

Brittany Andrea Martin is a 200HR Certified Yoga Teacher, Meditation Instructor and Reiki Master who was introduced to her  inner power and self-healing techniques in my efforts to overcome depression and anxiety. Yoga came about during this period of holistic self-study. In an attempt to learn more about yoga and to deepen her personal practice, she began working at a yoga studio. The instruction, education and loving community she received while working at the yoga studio sparked her desire to guide and teach others. After confronting traumas, unconditioning and re-learning, she gained the empowerment to be and live from her true, authentic, higher self. While it isn’t always the easiest, it has been most rewarding. Brittany knows we each have the power to shift our energy and heal ourselves and she began her business Enlighten & Love with the intention to offer support to those in their own healing, self-love and spiritual journeys. She believes yoga is the perfect tool to connect us with our minds and body while also working on our balance, strength and flexibility. Her yoga classes are a mix of movement and introspection that will leave you feeling relaxed and empowered.
